Bamboo Cutting Boards are harder than Maple woods. It is Denser than wood cutting boards, which gives your more cut resistant surface and less Bacteria build up.
Hand wash and apply mineral oil daily for a week before you first use this item. It is recommended you oil frequently afterwards to retain the finish. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CARVED AREA. ALSO DO NOT PLACE IN A DISHWASHER!
