    EARLY VINTAGE ATLAS N-SCALE 2-8-2 PACIFIC S R & S STEAM LOCO  Rd  #402 weathered/OB; made in Italy

    This uncommon early production 2-8-2 Pacific Steam Loco features a heavily weighted diecast frame that is fitted with a smooth running motor that drives all brass drive gears on all 8 drivers. All valve linkage, valve hanger, gear retaining plate and tender drawbar are all of stamped steel.
    Both the loco and tender have nice paint  that has been lightly weathered and accented by crisp white graphics.
    The loco and tender have been upgraded with vintage working full-scsle couplers.  Additionally, loco has working headlight
    Loco runs and tracks exceptionally good in both directions through the full throttle range; traction is enhanced by traction tires on 2nd and 4th drive wheels.
    The vintage jewel case is in perfect condition as is the blue molded cradle.  The paper insert is also in great shape but it is for a B & O (2-8-2) Pacific
